W6R3 25 min run. I had struggled with the first 2 runs this week so did not feel confident about running for 25 mins. I took it slowly, got a rhythm and the most amazing thing happened at about 21mins all the pain went and I felt I had so much energy. I have never in my life experienced this before and I actually ran faster for my last minute! I feel like a runner now πππββοΈ
