Just back from w8r3 and feeling great! Managed to run for almost 30 mins and felt like I could have kept going! Hopefully will manage week 9 relatively smoothly?! Only 3 runs off graduation - so excited and chuffed!

well done you, it is great to read that you are enjoying it, do you have any idea of your distances?

Hi lizziebeth and hmtreacy, thanks for the encouragement. Just did W9R1 tonight and nike app on my phone said I did 2.81 miles in 33 mins. Changed route last week, as had been running on Forth Rd Bridge and it's turned too windy and cold for me now! Route now includes rather more hills, so maybe time not too bad?! It's something to work on anyway. How are you getting on?
