Whoop- week 6 complete- NEVER thought I'd do it, running for a whole 25mins!! I found the first 10 mins the hardest then I just kinda kept going! Glad to have the next 3 runs to perfect 25 mins before stepping it up another gear!!

Well done. I did run 1 tonight of wk 6 and couldn't believe how hard I found it compared to the 20 mins. You have given me confidence.

I found that run hard too. Keep going though, you'll feel really pleads when you've done it! :)
