Feeling Gr8!

I went out this morning, planning to run for longer than 43 mins

(up to now my personal best).

Today I ran for 50 mins. When I came home and plotted my route I found I'd run 6.06K. I know, not a very fast run but still a big achievement for me!

That means I will almost definitely be able to get as far as the Abbey in next month's Abbey Dash.
