Just wondered if any of you guys tracked your distance for this run. I am curious to see how far you got on your first 'big' no-stop run. (excluding warm-up/cool down walks).

Thanks :)

I ran this back in May, but I included my 5 in warm up walk when I timed it:

connect.garmin.com/activity...

If I was to take it off I would estimate I ran 3.1km.

Thanks Aftabs. I'm planning on going tonight.

I can't remember what my time was when I last did the programme - but I love stats and stuff like that, so i'm excited to see the distance.

I've just measured mine on Garmin Connect as 3.3kms. Good luck, get this one out of the way and it's downhill to the finish.

Thanks Narmour :)

I have got a new Garmin (210) and to say I am obsessed with the stats would be a complete understatement. Looking forward to seeing my results as I progress.

When I did that run in August, I didn't have my Garmin (graduation pressie to self) so I got the car out that day and drove the exact distance - turned out to be 2 miles. My grin got a bit bigger I can remember!

Thank you & well done! 2 miles sounds a lot - and really close to the 5k target. It seems like most people are around that mark too. Hoping to get about there too - but as I remember from last time, got to be slow and steady, so going to take it easy. Fingers crossed!

Mine was much less at about 2.2k but I'm very slow.was more concentrating on time as know I'm like a snail!

Thank you - you're right though, it is all about just making it through run without stopping. That's the main thing! (Hoping I'll be ok...)
