Woah, woah, woah! I did it! That was hard but I did it!!! The hardest bit was what to think when running to take mind off "how much longer?". I was ringing wet when I got home and could hardly walk when finished but the feeling of achievement when Laura said "you've done more running than walking"! Come on you guys who are at the same stage, you can do this you are all doing brilliantly!!!

Oh well done you! That's a real milestone! I'm having an extra rest day and starting the dreaded Week 4 on Monday so your post is timely! I agree about the taking your mind off it bit! I'm like that too; "Oh look at the pretty trees/flowers/birds/horses" etc. Congrats
Well done! This is where you need to start developing mental as well as physical strength. I gave free rein to the nerd in me on week 4 and made lists in my head of general knowledge type things, e.g. European Union countries, US states, etc. Other people like to plan menus, holidays, outfits for special occasions, etc. Whatever lights your candle really, but think of anything other than 'How much longer have I got to go?'. Enjoy it!
