That's fantastic. Would agree if that if you have managed all the runs in week 1 ... Even though it's been hard then just keep going on to the next level. The programme is paced to suit most folk. On saying that there's no shame in keeping on the same week if it is a real real struggle. Trust your instincts.
Understandably the first run was tough but done all of it except for the last one coz my shoes were rubbing on my heels, run 2 was a miserable fail as was only able to do half of it but today went pretty good.
I will give week 2 a go, if i really struggle i will do another one or two week1 runs.
