Well the house is a mess, plumber arrived this morning. Work is hectic and stressful. I missed my run this morning.

So lunch time came and I went on strike. I asked my husband to take over. I was off for a run.

Wk 9 run 2. It was a different run because it was after food and it was hot. Usually I am up with the larks and out the house before 8am.

It was the usual hard work but I felt sooooooo good. I can't believe I am just one run of graduation now.

I finished my run I am lucky enough to finish my run in a park that has strength training equipment so I did my usual 12 min on them, then set off for a my 25 min walk uphill through the wildlife woods near where I live.

By the time I came home I was calm and happy.

Two fantastic things that have happened this week

one more run until graduation

My husband commented that my bum is looking fit.

I will graduate soon. I might leave it a couple of days or go out Thursday but I know it will be soon and my life feels good regardless of what else is going on.

Well done! I really wish I had written that post (see my woeful tale of "failing" W9 r2 further down the page). You clearly needed a run and had a good one!

It's a really great feeling when going for a run gets you away from the chaos of home and work (in my case, working from home, these are closely related).

Good luck with run 3 on Thursday if you decide to do it - then you have all the fun of deciding what to do as a C25K post-grad.

Thanks for the encouragement. I've just read your post. My pulse has always been my main problem but I must admit going up to 30 min has caused some muscle and joint aches. I think your wise to rest. I think even when I graduate I will repeat this week just to get a bit more used to it. Good luck for your next run.
