Day off, but I want to run!

I ran yesterday morning, which is not a normal occurrence. Today I feel I should be running again, so I must be really getting back into this big time.

Slight problem though: I am in Dresden, with no kit and no shoes.

Will have to wait until tomorrow I guess. I hope I am as enthusiastic!

It's perhaps as well that you have no kit and no shoes! It is a great sign that you're well and truly back into it, though, so I hope the enthusiasm carries over to today. Have a great run :)

Thanks. The run the day after was good, so training going well so far.
