Not as knackering to the knees as I expected tbh. In fact they feel fine. I was certainly out of puff by the end, but all in all I am decidedly chuffed.

Well done - and good luck with completing week 1

One down, just twenty six to go. Brilliant. You will not regret this, believe me.
Congratulations!
Hopefully your breathing will get better - mine was so bad in week 1, but even half way through week 2 (as I am now) I can do the 90 second bursts without being so out of puff. Try to breathe in quite deeply as well, imagine your ribs expanding outwards, that helps me a bit. Your lungs will strengthen up as your body does (or at least that's the hope! ;). Well done, and keep on!

Thanks all. I'll definitely bear the advice about breathing deeply in mind next time.
Well Done!
