Completed run 3. Well more like a prolonged light jog to be truthful but 25 minutes non stop ticked off

I did it on a treadmill and must admit it is boring hehe

Knees are a bit sore today hope hey settle down quickly next I must up my pace

Well done. I'm going to try my first treadmill run later on. I just hope I don't go flying off it.

Hi Kingo, there's never any problem with going slowly and steadily - point is you did it! Now enjoy a rest day, do some gentle stretching to help the knees recover and onwards and upwards to W7R1 very soon. Not long to graduation now! BTW - did you listen right to the end of the podcast where Laura tells you 'you're a runner'? Woooohooo ... Amazing, isn't it :)

Yeah listened to the end. But I am a certain jogger runner might be stretching it a bit hehe

I will do next run on Monday not tomorrow just to give m a little mor recovery time
