Overate at lunch and supper yesterday. Slept badly because of an end of summer storm. Gave up running after 20 minutes despite a cool 25°. Feel bad.

I wouldn't say 25 is cool... mind you I'm in the frozen north. I'm loving running in 12 degrees!!

Next time, Gadget, next time.

Same here, in 'sunny' Spain, just waiting for the summer storm, so unbelievably humid this morning. Got primed up as normal - had to go out later, due to son starting back at school - , but gave up after 3k, feeling really sorry for myself. Oh Well! Onwards and upwards, let's see what the rest of the week brings :)

Just remember Delia a short while ago you would have been delighted to have run for 20 minutes without stopping, the odd shorter run is doing you more good than no run at all. So stop being so hard on yourself and think of it as a shorter run well done when things and food were stacked against you (well OK inside of you) :)

I agree with oldgirl and also I bet you had a great time eating and drinking, so chalk it up as a fab short run.

Just another thought maybe it was a bit cold for you!
