I've stepped up to running longer distances for several weeks now...
I did my first 10K two days ago and ran a pb in the local Parkrun today (I'm slow but getting a little faster each time lol!) but I find after running for nearly an hour I develop pain in my right foot at the base of my middle toes, just where they join the ball of the foot and it's quite painful. This has happened 3 times now and I wondered if anyone had any idea what it was or how to 'cure' it as I want to continue running - maybe even do a half marathon sometime soon? I don't think I can go much beyond 10K if this keeps happening to me, so any ideas anyone, please?
