Hi everyone, it's been quite a while since my last post but i've kept up the running and I finally plucked on the courage to run my First parkrun in Oxford this morning. It was a great experience running with other people and can't wait to try it again. I did make the rookie mistake of going out to fast but as I was right at the back of the field I didn't want to get left behind!
