A year ago today I completed C25K.
I’ve run 196 runs since covering a distance of 973km. ( this would be 1000+ if we hadn’t been so exercise restricted in Melbourne in 2020 )
Some highlights
Running my first 10k
Jeffing my first 10miles
Signing up to run down under. I’m due to finish in 2030 😂
Being able to keep to a low heart rate on all my weekday runs.
Running a faster 5k at Park run once a week. Today I ran a Park run PB 31.16 with my splits at 6.40, 6.31, 6.13, 6.06, 5.50.
Still hoping for a sub 30 one day.
Half marathon doesn’t feel out of reach.
I’m so thankful for C25k which started my love of running ❤️🏃♀️
