After having not been able to run for even half the time earlier this week (after having given blood) I gave myself a few day’s rest and now I’m back to it! I am almost where I was before in terms of running, although I had to slow down in order to not push myself to hard. I’m sure I’ll be back to normal soon! Bring on week 7!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6 for the second attempt a few days after giving blood, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, onwards and upwards to week 7.

Great job... nothing wrong with having to control the pace to get to that finish line, in fact it’s all positive, it’s a good skill to learn.
