After having not been able to run for even half the time earlier this week (after having given blood) I gave myself a few day’s rest and now I’m back to it! I am almost where I was before in terms of running, although I had to slow down in order to not push myself to hard. I’m sure I’ll be back to normal soon! Bring on week 7!

Great job... nothing wrong with having to control the pace to get to that finish line, in fact it’s all positive, it’s a good skill to learn.
