I am so happy I could burst, now I know I haven't run the 4 minute mile but I was really terrified of running for three minutes TWICE! It wasn't nearly has bad as I thought it was going to be. I had to push myself on the second three minutes but I did it!

First of all well done you! That what it's all about is pushing yourself to the very end and it doesn't matter how slow you go what's important is that you keep going and your body will do as it's told. Numerous times iv talked to myself while having a hard time with the a section and the saying is true your mind will overcome the body.....so keep going!
