Feeling totally exhilarated, was really doubtful I could do 3 minutes but I did and I feel great. I was convinced my breathing was going to be a problem but just as Laura said the worst bit was the burn in the legs. If I can do it, anyone can. X

... and you will! Just carry on steadily, build up slowly... then after you get there.. you can just keep going!

At this point one of my favourite quotes was, " fast enough to get there, slow enough to see" ! :)
