Good question, I don't know the answer to that but I made my own spreadsheet the first time I did C25K. and stuck in

- - etc when I completed each run.

Hi BlueGnu, I have just created a new post called Couch to 5K wall chart. The only way I can insert a photo is if I create a new post, if you click on the post tab at the top of the page hopefully you will find it. Hope it's useful.
