I am just starting this programme and wondered if there was anyone in DN14 area (including pontefract, doncaster, York &selby) who are just starting and would like to link up and share pains and gains together?

I'm up in Leeds MumWhaley - probably a bit far away? I'm on W3 run2 and REALLY struggled today in the wind...onwards and upwards though me thinks 
Hi mummystar No Leeds isn't too far. I sometimes go to Roundhay park (albeit for meetings in the cafe) so maybe we could meet up at some point? I can let you know the next time I am there (sometime end of september).
I did a 3.5km walk yesterday (with daughter, but she did week1 again) I thought if I could do C25K and walk alternative days it will build up my stamina, but yes I agree, hard in that wind.
