Just completed the first workout and I have to say it wasn't as hard as I'd built it up to be (I have been meaning to start for about 3 weeks and kept finding excuses...) It must have done something because I came back sweating and very red in the face! My route had a couple of hills in it (which felt like mountains in the jogging stages) but I did it! Very proud of myself right now and can't wait till I can run without having to walk sections in between! Yay!
