A month ago I had a bad cold (man flu!) so wasn't able to get out for a run for a couple of weeks and really missed it. I was then on a sailing holiday for two weeks so very active but no opportunity to run. We did our first run in about four weeks last night and I was dreading it. But I managed 30 mins albeit at a slower pace than previously, but chuffed that my stamina has stayed with me. Back to the three runs a week now and looking forward to my first park run. I had originally planned to do it in July but was too ill to consider it.
