Just finished the last run of the first week, and aside from sore thigh muscles feel really well. I am slightly nervous at starting week two but am going onto week two on Tuesday

Well done!!! I would say week 2 isn't too big a jump up from week 1 so you'll be fine :)

It's always nerve-wracking moving up a week, I feel exactly the same as you as I get ready to move up to week 7, and can say it's been that way all along. Just take it one run at a time, and if you completed week 1 ok you are ready.

I found the first week the hardest week of the whole program so well done you. Moving on is the right thing to do if you have completed all the runs, having faith in the structure of the Podcasts and in yourself is the way forward. Good luck :)

Yes I'm with squaremum on this. I'm always nervous before a new run. I have to take myself in hand each time. Listen to Laura - she's great.

You are definitely ready. If you've done W1 you CAN do W2, you are ready. Take it steady & you will be fine.

Agree with others above about feeling nervous starting a new week & wondering if you can do it, but have faith - the program is designed in such a way that it builds up your confidence. I start W9 tomorrow, and I can't wait because at this stage I know I can do it! That's the confidence this program gives you.

Good luck & let us know how it goes.

Hi! I've just done my third run of week one today too! Husband and I are going to take week one to the end of the week though. Found it tough today! X

Hey I'm the same. Just did Wk1 R3. I'm also a bit apprehensive about starting wk 2. Feel as though I won't be able to run any longer than 60 secs. I'm doing first run off wk2 on wed so I'm looking forward to seeing how you get on tomorrow.
