New PB! So Excited!

I have been training really hard for the past month and a half - weight training and high intensity cardio. My goal is Tough Mudder in September!!

I haven't been focusing on running long distance (5K is still "long distance" to me!), but I signed up for a 5K race and ran it without a lot of 5K practise leading up to it.

Well, I couldn't believe myself - I beat my PB by 1 min 44sec! I ran it in 31:06!!!!!!

Now my focus will still be weights and HI cardio (circuits, interval short distance), but I'm going to 'check in' over the next 2.5 months and see how I improve!
