Week 2 done

Finished week 2 yesterday afternoon, that's two good weeks under my belt. The only problem was Laura's breathing tip, it just wasn't happening for me. Not starting week 3 till Friday as I have a bike run planed for tomorrow.

Well done! Just stick with it, I still struggle with the breathing a bit sometimes and I'm now on week 7, I'm guessing it just comes with practice!

I'm thinking that way myself. Good luck to you.

I couldn't get the breathing either in week two, don't worry about it, your body will breathe how it needs to.

I think Laura expects super fit breathing, four paces was way too much for me, if you want to try breathing on three instead of four then that should be better / easier.

Thanks for the tip Phil, I'll give that a go on Friday and let you know how it goes.

Three instead of four seems to work better for me, done it twice so far. Cheers
