I completed my first post Laura Week 9 run on Monday and for me I was determined to hit the 5K mark. Having run 4.25k in 30mins during Week 9 Run 3 I really wanted to try for the 5K and was willing to run for longer to do it! well... I made it 5.09K in 34mins and 49secs. YeeHaa!!!
