Great positive blog ... I agree with you, once I'd done the uninterrupted run, everything got suddenly brighter and better. Even since graduating, I'm still not striving for great distances or speed, but just knowing I can get out for 30mins of 'me-running' time is great!

I agree, straight through is much easier when you get to that point. In the first few weeks my legs were fine until I started walking each time, and then they would be on fire. Now I'm in week 7 my legs are fine, even at the end of 25 mins of running. Week 6 is still interval work until run 3 and there's a risk of getting complacent and going too fast in runs 1 and 2. Read the blogs for week 6 and take it steady!
