Ran in the gym today as it was really windy along the seafront, i should have ran 30 minutes but felt so good carried on until i had completed 5k

It was a great feeling being back to where i was last year, it has taken me a while to build my fitness back up since my illness but by regularly running 3 times a week i have got there.( i have had to take a rest a few times as i was pushing myself too hard)

I plan now to run twice a week for 30 minutes then 5k at the weekend, the next challenge will be to run 5k in 30 minutes, but im sure i will get there one day.
