Went out early (5.30) this morning and did this one down on the sea front. It was great, much better than W6 1&2. I do the first two runs of the week on a Tuesday and Thursday morning before work on an industrial estate so the third run at the beach is my treat for getting through another week. Ran the 25 mins (don't think I'm very fast) and even picked up the pace at the end like Laura says. I think losing the intervals helps as you can keep your rhythm. Really happy with this :). Next week should be interesting, looking forward to it in a strange way.
