I was never much fan in practicing run, whenever I felt above my weight I did some kind of exercise in gyms. I spent a few years practicing sedentary LOL.

A few weeks ago I decided I needed to do something for me, my level of BMI it’s almost of an obese person. So looking for something on the internet I found the NHS website and C25K program.

I decided to give it a go . I was not prepared for the results ,as they were amazing .

I've found that is great running outside listening to the sound of the birds, breathing fresh air, feeling nature
