Did W7R1 today feeling much better today and it showed, I actually managed to speed up for the last couple of weeks. Although I’m slower by nearly a minute per Km compared to pre Covid pace, this was my best so far this time by quite a bit so happy with this. What’s more I enjoyed it! A week today and I’ll be on my way to Spain for 5 weeks. Driving down so we can take the gorgeous Tia and determined to continue running once we arrive. Tried to upload photo but system said ‘no’!

A good run and ooo off to Spain, how lovely, who cares about pace? As long as you can run 😁

🍏 oh the system has been quite annoying 🤦‍♀️

Wow a trip to Spain for our Tia.. we will definitely need some photos of that! Hope you have a wonderful time. Will you be able to run or are you having a complete break? How wonderful that you are virtually back to precovid times … and really having fun! These longer runs will be so good! 😊 xx

We are staying about a 5 minute walk from the promenade so I plan to run there, early in the morning. It will be a change running on the flat!

Well done. From what I understand it doesnt matter how fast you’re going as long as you’re not walking :)

How did you get on in Week 6? I ran Mon, Wed, Fri. Should be doing Week 6 Run 3 today but think im going to have to leave it until tomorrow. The last run was a killer and didn’t enjoy it at all :(.

Hi Nutandraisin. (I've changed my name from Jinx btw). You may remember we're about level. I found the whole of W6 pretty difficult tbh (and after the 'elation' of W5! nowster did warn me...) I managed W6R3 yesterday though. Hope you get through it OK too, and that we glide into W7!

Hi, I know what you mean about pace and generally I’m not bothered about it but had had a poor run on W6 R3 so I was pleased to really enjoy this one. Week 6 is strange after completing W5 R3 and it catches a lot of people out so taking an extra day is probably the way to go. Well done for getting this far!
