Done...achey legs and managed to pick up a bit of pace for the last 5 mins but am still unbelievably slow.

I think I could have run for a bit longer which is good...I am a long time single mum so I have over a decade of making sure I don't exhaust myself as getting home always means having a ton of stuff to do; old habits die hard and I am not sure I will ever be able to not hold something back.

Guess I will keep plodding on. I have no particular desire to run with other people or join clubs so slow and steady will have to do.
