Just done W5 R2, decided to do it on the treadmill at the gym as the weather is freakin' cold. I dropped my pace a tiny bit to make sure I didn't overdo it, and surprised myself. It took some serious concentration and brow mopping, but once I got warmed up my legs just seemed to keep going. It is such a long time since I ran (properly) and I am starting to get excited as I can now really imagine being able to complete a 5km without stopping.
Saturday I will run 20 minutes non-stop through the Maize fields and see how the seedlings are coming along. I can't wait to see how I get on.
