Just done W5R2 - not too bad, wasn't the struggle I thought it might be. My R3 on Sunday seems inconceivable though - genuinely thought it was a mistake when I first saw it!! Eek!!!

I'm so in that place.. 8 mins to 20 seems mad.. and w5r2 was tough at the end..but everyone says trust yourself and it will be ok.. im doing w5r3 sunday too...so slowand steady. Xx

As I have said many times, you didn't just run 8 minutes, you ran 16 minutes with 5 minutes walking in between meaning you didn't stop moving for 21 minutes. If you look at it as a jump from 8 minutes to 20 then of course it will look like a massive leap. You're are fuelling your own fears that way. The program is designed to gradually increase the running f r on the walking. You will be fine. Take it slow and steady and don't t clock watch - you have got this!

It really isn't as bad as you are expecting it to be. I did this run today and really enjoyed it. Just relax and take it super slow!

Thank you all - feeling a bit more positive now! In my heart I know it can't be an impossible ask as the app has made everything manageable so far, but my brain just freaked out when I saw 20 mins! I will be on top of the world if I manage it!

Have a great weekend all x

I had to do it twice as I tweaked a calf muscle but with a weeks gap did it tonight. Go slow. Good luck
