Just done 1st run of week 2. I managed 3 x90 seconds then struggled with the other 3. My knee seems to be playing up a bit too, hope it settles. Do other people struggle and get through it?

I did W2R1 today and was amazed to do all the runs straight off. I learnt from the last W1 run that I need to pace myself to get through them all so I slowed down a bit

Oh don't worry, I've struggled since the first run of w1 but as long as I have made it through the runs I decided that I wouldn't repeate any, I struggle with breathing and lack of stamina but I've made it to w5, (I'm stuck there for now due to a prolonged chest infection which is really frustrating) but I'm confident that I will struggle through the rest of the weeks and when I've completed the programme hope to learn to stop struggling ha ha, keep going, you can do it Ally x

ps keep an eye on that knee perhaps get a support for it or do the knee exercises on the website

Hi you All, I did yesterday week2 2nd run. After my serious struggle after the first run I talked it over at home. Someone suggested to start with 10min brisk Walking instead of five. And I did so. Quintessence my muscles were warmer and I did the run with more ease. For me is that Option a bit better. flower-arranger

Thanks will be doing week 2, 2nd run in the morning before work. Looking forward to it but feel some anxiety hope I manage to do most of it. Thanks for the advice
