Week 5, run 3 - like a boss!

If, that is, your boss is a red faced and slightly sweaty garden snail.

I took it SLOW and steady, although I felt I was jogging a little faster mid-run.

Point is - I did it! Yay me. :-)

After the pathetic effort that was run 2, I feel I've got my mojo back.

Bring on week 6!

P.s. I did actually stretch this week in the 5 mins between coming back from my run and taking the dog out for a walk. I think that's helped to avoid stiffening up so am making it part of the routine.

Well done you! I find the stretching does help. Glad you got your mojo back!

Yes! Yes! Yes! :D

Very happy for you. I'm not sure I'd have been up for taking a dog for a walk after my first 20 minute run, so well done for that too! :)

Well done! I am slightly dreading run 3 (I have run 2 tmw) but love reading about people finishing it. I started stretching week 2 after my knee started aching, i found it really helped, knee isn't really bothering me anymore. Cris
