2nd day week 4

This is great! I think I now know where I was going wrong before I discovered this site.

I thought that if I reduced the length of my recovery walks, the runs would enentually join up! DERR!!

I am really chuffed and looking forward to next week.

N.B. I am supposed to be Runningmam as in mam that run snot Ruuningmam! I don't know how to ruun.
