I have just come back from w6r3 but instead of stopping I carried on and turned you off and put some trashy music on. So, in total I ran for 31 minutes without stopping and I feel AMAZING!!!!!! I just didnt want to stop! It may have been a fluke so i will carry on with W7 as planned next week. I honestly cant believe I ran all that way, thank you Laura and everyone on here for the support - it really is incredible!

Haha, well done you .. you're not the first to find other music than Laura's, and I believe I was in week 6 when I started to use my own stuff - somehow felt it spurred me on much better - probably because my MP3 player is full of my favourite things and I knew where they were going and how long each track lasted. Once you know how long you are required to run for these last few weeks, all you'll need is your own music and a good watch. Great that you are feeling sooo buzzy - the programme seems to do that to folk :D Cheers, Linda x

Amazing resut, ZipPea. I stuck with Linda all the way through, then changed to my own selection of music for the post-grad run and what did I do? Only went and ran for 1 hour, covering 6K!!! :D

Having said that. though, I strongly advise you "return" to Linda / the C25K plan until graduation... it takes time to build up the muscles and we shouldn't really be adding more than 10% (time/distance) each week. ;-)

It does show you what you are capable of and how it really is mind over matter more than anything. I did something similar myself, but went back to programme to make sure my body didn't go into shock lol
