hi hope all well ? I am on the journey for LVR surgery I have completed My pulmonary rehab, Lung function tests, bloods the length of my arm , travelled to London Friday past to have my 6 minute walk and Ct dect scan /blood vessels

At this stage what would be next for moving on , I have already been given an appointment for LfT in June, and then a follow up . Thanks
