I have used a salt inhaler which I purchased on ebay. It has the Himalayan salt in it...it work wonders...I highly reccomend, I also make my own Colloidal Silver as it is more likely to be a form of Bacteria. I take Colloidal Silver every day....I do ghope this helps you. Namaste 💜

Just a quick bit of advice please; how do you use your colloidal silver? I don't make my own but buy it as a liquid in a spray bottle. I just puff a bit into my nose and throat and a little across my eyelids when I have been out and anywhere near people. Anything more I should know? Thanks.
