Rehabilitation classes

I ended up ending my classes shy only three classes left. It is suppose to be 95 degrees on Thursday and I really didn't want to deal with the heat. I wasn't getting the benefit I thought I would. I am continuing my online classes plus I purchased a small treadmill that I hope will help.

If you don't show up for rehab it can't be billed. Hence you should still have 3 classes left.

Sorry that the rehab was not helpful. My rehab was so beneficial I went for out of pocket maintenance 3 x's a week for $40 per month.

Mine was 40 per class I have a similar program that I do online

Sorry, I guess you have co pays. But don't they have a follow up maintenance program for a flat monthly fee?

No my online one is only $71.00 a year

I like being in the gym atmosphere and camaraderie of the staff and other people, plus it gets me out of the house. Different strokes for different folks. Have a great day and stay well.
