Bloody stool and constipation

During my first 3 months of pregnancy I was having a small amount of bloody stool off and on with constipation. I got a flexible sigmoidoscopy procedure done over a month later. A small polyp was found in the rectum after the doctor did a thorough check of the colon to see where the bleeding was coming from. The polyp was taken for testing and the result from the polyp is non cancerous. Thank God.
