Blood in stool

Sorry if the pic offends anyone. I came to this platform a year ago due to bleeding when using the restroom. Had a colonoscopy and they removed a 10 mm and 5 mm polyp but came back benign. A few months after the procedure I'm back to bleeding again quit a bit with no straining ect I've made another appt I'm just wondering if they missed something nothing was said about anal fissures or hemmoroids being a concern. I'm so tired of it and want some kind of answer. I get stomach pains not all the time but here and there I feel extremely tired amd nauseous.

Thank you im deff seeing the doc Monday. I've read that polyup can be missed so I'm hoping it to be nothing serious!
