Lymphatic drainage; rebounding.

Did a 'deep dive' on Lymphatic Drainage. What kept cross-referencing was rebounding. So, I got in the market for a mini-trampoline, then decided to 'go full send', committed to an annual membership at a trampoline park. Forget the dogma, 'this is for kids'. Usually there when kids are in school, got the whole park to myself. 12-15 minutes a day, 5 days a week.

CLL diagnosis, August, 2023, lymph nodes popped out, 54 y/o, happily married 31 years. Stopped alacabrutinib 5 months ago, overall felt like crap, so discontinued treatment after being told I'd be on it for the rest of my life. Yesterday, at check up, all markers are excellent. Without explaning rebounding, I asked Dr if they knew of any excercises for lymphatic drainage while I'm in remission, W&W, .... was told, 'no and if there was, it wouldn't help your situaion'. Pretty much there for the rainbow of blood tests every 4 months. No better excercise than rebounding; research it, tons of information online for aiding w/ lymphatic drainage.

Been an athlete all my life .... no general soreness w/ rebounding. A+++ get jumping if you can.

I really like the sound of that. How did you find out about it

You got it. Rebounding is THE best for Lymphatic Drainage! The science is there. Also, check this MD out. Other than rebounding this 6 point Lymphatic Drainage Massage is indispensable. youtu.be/JlgqllPKQUA?featur...

"The science is there".

Where? Certainly not at the website. An ad for a course with a mystical list of wisdom:

"Spend time in nature. It reminds you that you’re perfect. It heals things.

Touch the earth with your skin.

Spend time in silence. Silence the noise around you so you can hear the noise within you.

Sing and dance every day as if no one were watching.

Breathe through your nose, not through your mouth.

More is not better. Better is better.

It’s not about what you do, but how you do it.

A genuine smile can change a person’s life. Try it out and observe how “magic” happens.

Rules can’t be applied to an individual. Principles can.

The more problems you have, the more important simplicity becomes".

These are all nice thoughts, not scientifically linked to the lymphatic system, maybe for relaxing an emotionally pent up person that ails from any medical condition.

Note that many subheadings are in German language, Germany has an excellent reputation for meticulous scientific development, furthermore, they are sure to leave a citation to their studies like all world scientists they're in step with accepted standards. Therefore, an absence of any verifiable studies speaks volumes of warning.

I love Y*****e, as it shares such a wide list of interesting subjects, entertainment, etc. However, and this is not meant in the absolute, when it touches on medical subjects especially when focused on medical problems that are expensive and worries are high, the quality of the videos plunge more often than not.

As far as I am concerned, if it is medical and they say the word science there had better be a link to a reputable source in the blurb underneath or I don't want to hear it.

I'm definitely old school Gen X, don't trust without proof, and prove the proof.

I'm confused. Did you have the SLL presentation? Did your nodes shrink and your CBC got better at the same time? Normally when nodes shrink the ALC rises. For a time. If this didn't happen where did the monoclonal cells go?

Thank you for your suggestion. I will definitely look into the mini-trampoline (I have one) and will check it out with my hubby's medical staff. Just curious: I was wondering if you checked out the standing vibration plate and if it works out as well.
