Hi Jo,
Really sorry to hear all that.
You can search from within HU, but I tend to use google (some post are marked as not public though, so try both methods)
So just as an example, for the "AIHA" condition try searching with google for three words:
healthunlocked cll aiha
That gives lots of links e.g.
healthunlocked.com/cllsuppo...
healthunlocked.com/cllsuppo...
healthunlocked.com/cllsuppo...
Aside: I see you have posted on AIHA previously.
You can do a similar search method for each of the vitamins/supplements e.g for B12:
healthunlocked cll B12
Gives:
healthunlocked.com/cllsuppo...
etc.
There are several different sets of tests for B12, so (from memory) you can pass the basic test, but then find issues with more detailed tests.
I would get some more formal medical advice though before taking supplements, and you have a specific issue to look at.
e.g. Be very careful with iron because you can get too much in the bloodstream and it may not be the cause (so need testing first)
Hope others can give you better answers, and please let us know how you get on.
Best Regards,
Ernest
Sorry to hear about your low iron AussieJo. Is this the post from 2 weeks ago the one you were trying to find?
Ibrutinib - and maybe a blood transfusion

Fish61 makes a good point about the different medical specialists recommending what they are familiar with; the haematologist - a transfusion, a cardiologist - a mix of supplements and so on. Just make certain that you are keeping all your medical team across what's happening. You want to right diagnosis if your haemoglobin doesn't pick up, not one confused by lack of knowledge on what supplements you are taking.
Hope you are feeling more energetic ASAP,
Neil
Sorry to hear your news Aussiejo
Low HG can be caused by many things, but if AIHA (autoimmune haemolytic anaemia) it is due to the CLL tricking your immune system into destroying your red blood cells. This happens in the spleen, which will be enlarged (a good haematologist can feel this - however in my experience not all medics can truly get from a feel - should also be seen on a CT scan if you have had one of those): do you have this?
Also your red cell production in the bone marrow will be up to compensate for the excessive destruction - this can be seen by a raised 'reticulocyte' count. Do you know if you have this?

Hg was 8.6 and 2 transfusions brought it up to 9.2 ... My cardiologist suggested 325 mg Iron and a product called Folbic (contains folic acid , vitamins B6 and B12 ) also use 500 mg of vitamin C .. my hg has not been lower than 12 .6 and as high as 13.8 since I started taking it . fish 61
