Hello all. Havnt posted in a while. Still undergoing more blood tests. Most recent blood test shows enzymes elevated to 68. This has been at this level now for a while and doesn't seem to recover as I understand you can get spikes. Doctor has asked for another blood test to see if level remains or drops off. Still incredibly confused. So the information I have from testing/scans so far is, ultrasound showed bulky fatty liver, Fibroscan score of 8.0 and so far consistently raised enzyme level. Just don't know what to make of it all.

Id bet if you lost your liver fat then the blood results would fall into line.
95% of the cases of fatty liver diet and weightlis the fix.
Even if you are normal weight and bmi, you wnt to get to the bottom end of it as fatty liver is not uncommon in normal weight people too.
No sugar low carb diet and let your body burn fat as the fuel source. (Liver fat hopefully)
When the inflammation goes down id bet your fibrosis score will too.
