ascites and lack of breath
From what you've posted in recent weeks it's not confirmed that you have cirrhosis.
However, if you feel you have ascites particularly if your breathing is involved then you NEED to get urgent medical help. None of us on the forum can help you with this you need to see a doctor.

I did a and e the wouldn’t help
I went to a and e several times before they would help, the only time they helped was when I really thought I was dying and needed a ambulance then they realised how bad I was
what can I say to get them to help?
You never seem to answer any questions - you keep saying you have cirrhosis and symptoms but haven't said whether or not you are under a hospital consultant. From things you've shared in the past week you obviously have issues (liver related or not remains unclear based on results you have shared) but it doesn't sound like you are receiving proper care.
Have you been to the GP with all your recent 'symptoms' - A&E isn't the place to go for chronic illnesses but if your GP felt you genuinely had cause for concern regarding serious liver symptoms they would arrange for your admittance to hospital for appropriate care.
Your GP can test whether or not you have ascites and can arrange any scans or treatment needed. See your GP. As I said none of us can actually help you here, we can share our experience but can't get you any care you may require.

Smoking??
Is this all from self diagnosis?Your Dr has ruled out liver disease.
You have not seen a liver specialist, have a low KPA fibroscan, your not on the liver disease pathway, so who told you your livers causing these symptoms?
A medic because ambulance came he said and felt my liver and it hurt and itchy skin and eee we r hands and brushless and bloating and no appetite and constipation they said was chorsis the fibroscan is old one
An ambulance medic can not diagnose liver disease. And you might be supprised to know that cirrhosis does not hurt.
If you had Korsakoff Syndrome you would not be able to post here, it's severe irreversible brain damage and you would be incapable of typing.
I try itchiness and I do have korsakoff but feel weak worried as got neuropathy not sue be strong enough for a transplant did phone the British liver trust helpline any information on getting stronger
Hi
As Katie has said, A&E is there to treat acute/life threatening conditions. They don't dignose, they will admit you as an in-patient if your symptoms indicate a need for longer term specialist intervention.
Follow the chain of command, go to your GP and explain your symptoms honestly and in as much detail as you can. Don't leave out what you may think is a minor issue, it may be very important. They will then decide if medication will manage things or if you need to be referred for further investigation.
