I thought I’d leave this here for anyone who wants to venture into the 13 mile gang. It’s what I used for my return to them in 2018 and has no bearing on pace, purely increasing mileage 😊

That plan looks quite similar to one I did. I found running five days a week too much for me and switched on to a four day a week one. I need my rest days and plenty of strength work to keep me off the injury couch!! Pesky IT band. We’re all different though.
Just as a tip for anyone thinking of taking on this plan, it’s always a good idea to build up to running on consecutive days gradually if you’re not used to it.

I’d like to get back to running miles again. Not necessarily 13 miles and certainly no more events (I never call them races), just go as far as I can
