25 min of running in this session. I’m getting there!

Loved this cool but not cold morning, and the longer intervals meant I reached my fairy house, which always announces my getting close to the 5k mark!

My run today:

- Warmup walk

- 10 min running

- 2 min walking

repeat 2x.

- Add another 5min running

- 5 min cool-down walk

VOILA!!!!
