5 min running, 3 min walking. Repeat 3 times. Add warmup walk and cool-down walk. A great way to start the weekend.
Weather was cool but not cold. Sky was overcast. It started to drizzle by the end. Loads of cheery dog walkers. And my music gave me loads of energy.
Music was a real mix with songs of 3/5 min durations. Songs by The Kooks, The Beatles, Black Eyed Peas, Queen, Kate Nash, Cage the Elephant and Muse.
Loved it.
